Connections Group

Service Description

Connections Groups are an intentional community through which people can learn, practice and refine their skills and efforts to continually enhance their relationships and lived experiences beyond intentional healing spaces. Individuals engaged in their own journeys of personal growth and expansion come together to engage in exploration and discussion of various topics, content, and themes, as well as to seek support around their own questions. Some sessions will include suggested pre-engagement including listening to podcasts, reading articles, or considering a question or prompt in order to facilitate community connection. **Connections Groups will become available beginning in March 2025**
